Day 0 - Thursday 22/10

- Main Gatherings — Check-in, Welcome, Marketplace and other whole-group moments. Main gatherings take place at the Megas Alexandros room.
- Session Slots — Open Space sessions proposed and self-organized by attendees.
- Meals — Breakfast, lunch, dinner (for those who booked) and coffee breaks (for all participants) at the Aquila Rithymna Beach.
- Free Time — Self-organize: excursions, swimming, focus time, exploring Crete, more sessions.
